Module 0 – Introduction to the course
Module 1 – Resourcefulness:
Module’s outcome is to return participants into a state of resourcefulness. To give tools and practices to reclaim natural energy, obtain useful habits, and bring the body, mind and soul into alignment. This will allow participants to reach a starting point for setting powerful goals and put a strategy together for its achievement.
Module 2 – Effective Goal Setting: Module’s outcome is to get an understanding of personal values, understanding self so to effectively set goals. In this Module a number of goal setting techniques will be discussed. After completing this module participants will have an understanding of their goals and what brings them to the state of happiness.
Module 3 – Overcoming Obstacles: Module’s outcome is to see the difference between real and imaginary obstacles. Useful tools and techniques will be offered to participants to be able to distinguish the real and imaginary goals and how to put a plan together to overcome real barriers. In addition, techniques to eliminate imaginary obstacles will be offered. On completion of this module the participant should be able to get clarity, visibility, set robust plans and be in a resourceful position to accomplish this.
